77 Iconic Portraits ft the 2023 Washburn Pirates Middle & Elementary School Basketball, Cheer, & Dance Teams

Lenz Photography is proud to present 77 Iconic Portraits ft the 2023 Washburn Pirates Middle & Elementary School Basketball and Dance Teams! This is the fifth year that we have photographed the athletes at WHS, but it is only the first year we have added the middle school & elementary school basketball teams, cheerleading, and dance team into the mix. The middle and elementary school athletes did an outstanding job for their first year of Iconic Sports Portraits. Maybe it helped that several middle and elementary school athletes have older siblings whom we’ve photographed throughout the years. Either way, these Washburn athletes showed up ready to create some amazing photos. Also, we can’t forget about the Dance Team. Many of these ladies have also been photographed for another sport, however, it was fun to see the passion that they shared for dance, as well. We cannot say enough great things about the Washburn community. The experience is always great while photographing at Washburn, and the process keeps getting easier now that the students know what to expect on picture day. 39 Iconic Portraits ft Johnson County High School Longhorns Cheerleading

Lenz Photography of Knoxville is proud to present 39 Iconic Portraits ft Johnson County High School Longhorns Cheerleading! This is our first year working with Johnson County High School sports, and these young athletes brought their A-game for a photo shoot inside the Longhorn’s unique dome-shaped gymnasium! Johnson County High School may be a smaller school located in Mountain City, however, their Cheerleading team displays an incredible amount of talent which usually comes from a school 3x the size! One thing we were impressed with was with the number of stunts these ladies performed. Not only were we impressed by their athletic abilities, but we would also like to applaud the Longhorn’s Cheer Team for the positive attitudes they brought to the photo shoot. Photographing the Longhorn’s Cheerleading Team was a great experience from beginning to end! 83 Iconic Portraits ft Washburn High School Pirates Basketball & Cheer 2023

Lenz Photography is proud to present 83 Iconic Portraits of the 2023 Washburn Pirates Basketball and Cheer Teams! 12 Iconic Portraits ft the Grainger Grizzlies Golf Team

Lenz Photography is proud to present Iconic Portraits of the 2022 Grainger Grizzlies Golf Team! Grainger High School is back on the blog with another first this week! This is the first year we have had the opportunity to photograph the Grainger Grizzlies Golf Team, and they set the par for the course for our future golf portraits. Grainger County High School has a beautiful backdrop of mountains to shoot portraits against, and these athletes used it to the full potential. We were able to capture a variety of portraits including posed, action, and goofy shots of each player who participated in the session. Since school sports have kicked off for the 2022 season, our studio has been overwhelmed with the amount of teams and leagues that we have been contacted to photograph. We’re thankful for the love and especially thankful for the support that Grainger County shows our small business! This session was a first, because our school / team photo sessions are usually indoors. However, we got to photograph the cross country athletes outdoors on a bright, beautiful day with Clinch Mountain as the backdrop. The scenery near Washburn High School is some of the most beautiful around East Tennessee! Lenz Photography always loves working with Grainger County athletes! This young lady by the name of Kaycee is celebrating a milestone by bringing her 8th grade cheerleading career as a Rutledge Middle School Pioneer to a close. Next year, Kaycee will be a Freshman, and she aspires to try out for the Grainger Grizzlies cheerleading squad. We wish Kaycee the best during the remainder of her 8th grade year, and we can’t wait to see her hard work pay off as a Grainger Grizzly! Lenz Photography had the opportunity to create some iconic studio portraits of Jaeda, the jiu jitsu practitioner, for the second time. Jaeda has trained and competed in jiu jitsu for 5 years. During that time, she has collected some nice hardware – ranging from medals, to belts and swords – repping for her team at Gracie Barra. Jaeda is a hardworking, talented athlete. 2022 Washburn Pirates Baseball and Softball

A couple months ago, Lenz had the privilege of showcasing the 2022 Washburn Pirates Basketball team and Cheer squad. Last but not least, we bring you the 2022 Washburn Pirates Baseball and Softball Teams. Again, Lenz has photographed these group of Senior Athletes since their Freshman year. The experience has been amazing following these athletes throughout their high school sports journey while getting to know many of their families. Those friendships are special to us, so we wanted to go above and beyond for their final group of Senior Sports Portraits. This is the first time Lenz has shot green screen to composite an entire team. It was a lot of work but the results turned out very rewarding! The Washburn Pirates background was created by combining multiple images from scratch. The kids and families chose their favorite poses, and we worked our magic! Hopefully you all enjoy these Washburn Pirates Baseball and Softball Portraits as much as we do, because we are in love with the way they turned out! 46 Iconic Photos ft the Rutledge Middle School Pioneer Football Team

Lenz Photography of Knoxville is proud to present the Rutledge Middle School Pioneer Football Team. We’ve said it before, but we’ll say it again; Lenz always loves photographing the athletes from Grainger County. The boys did an awesome job during their team shoot, and we couldn’t be happier with the photos or the hype video. Many of these boys have played football together for years, so it was fun to capture this milestone before they begin their high school journey.
