Behind the Scenes About the Session Lenz Photography of Knoxville is proud to present 48 Iconic Portraits of Kurstyn! Kurstyn is a Senior from Virginia with a love for cars. Her current plan after graduation is to attend trade school where she will work towards becoming a mechanic. Our collective love for cars is actually how we met Kurstyn’s family in the first place at the Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Since then, we have had the chance to hang out and chat over dinner on a few occasions. During the process, we have become great friends! Kurstyn would’ve been easy to photograph, regardless, but it was even easier since she knew what to expect from us two goofy nerds! With a focus on Kurstyn’s love for cars, Elvis, and all things vintage, we could only think of this amazing location in Rogersville. We have photographed at this location once before, and we knew it would be perfect for an aspiring mechanic. 34 Iconic Portraits of Drag Racer Madi Turley

Lenz Photography is proud to present Iconic portraits of drag racer, Madi Turley! Madi has only been racing for 1 year, but she already has some remarkable achievements. For example, Madi received her NHRA Jr Street License at the age of 15. Last week, she received her NHRA ET 7 license. Although very few people hold more than one license at a time, Madi has set a goal of acquiring her third license by Spring of 2023. To celebrate her recent achievements, here is a set of portraits that we photographed of Madi on the drag strip with her signature Dodge Challenger. A few of these images of Madi will be featured as part of an article in the upcoming issue of Chrysler Power Magazine. Lenz had an amazing time collaborating with the Turley family. We truly feel like part of the family when we’re with them. It brings us a lot of joy seeing their success, as a family, pursuing such a thrilling passion. 53 Iconic Senior Portraits of Faythe Summers 2021 Oak Ridge High School Senior

Lenz Photography is proud to present 2021 Oak Ridge High School Senior, Faythe Summers. The Lenz’ have worked with Faythe, alongside her brother Aaron and sister Mya, as far back as 2014. We also photographed senior portraits of Aaron in 2015 and Mya in 2017. Faythe is the last of the trio of siblings, so it was an exceptionally fun experience since we already feel like part of the family at this point! Faythe had many amazing outfits to choose ranging from dressy to casual. Ella, the husky, made her cameo and posed for several shots. Cherokee lake made for an amazing backdrop, and even though we got rained on we still wouldn’t change a thing about the session! 16 Iconic Photos of UT Grad Kristin Meyer

Lenz Photography LLC of Knoxville presents Kristin Meyer, a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville. The Lenzes have had the opportunity of training jiu jitsu with Kristin over the last few years, so it was fun to create portraits of her while learning more about her career, hobbies, and interests (...aside from choking people unconscious.) Kristin recently graduated from UT with her Master of Science in Nursing and will be a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. When she's not caring for her patients, Kristin's hobbies include training martial arts such as jiu jitsu, and fixing up her Jeep, Prometheus, for the next big car show. Kristin's hard work and dedication is illustrated through everything she does from her school work, to her martial arts training and the detailed work she puts into her Jeep. A big thank you goes to Kristin for sharing all of her interests with us. We truly had a blast creating some Iconic graduation portraits together! And yes, the blue tick hound photographed is the actual niece of Smokey whom we were able to snag her for a photo! Andrea and Josh’s Epic Engagement Photos

As we share this blog, I feel like I must give a disclaimer so here goes: We rarely shoot engagement sessions, however, Andrea and Josh’s engagement session has to be one of the most EPIC engagement sessions EVER! With that being said, this engagement session was a little different because Alexandra and Andrea have known each other since before grade school where they attended La Petite Academy together in Morristown, Tennessee. Another fun fact – Not only did they grow up together, but Alexandra has been spotted getting a fresh cut from Andrea at Indigo Beauty Salon from time to time. Talk about some lifelong friends! Needless to say, we not only wanted to help our pals out but we wanted to blow them out of the water with some killer engagement portraits. And that we did. In case you were wondering, we feel the need to tell you, yes, we all were having as much of a blast as it looks in the photos!
