Lenz Photography is proud to present 55 Iconic Portraits of the 2025 Alcoa High School Tornadoes Baseball Team!

The Experience

The Alcoa Tornadoes Baseball team was an experience that we’ll never forget. We would say their photos will “blow you away”, but we’ll save the Tornado puns for a rainy day. Needless to say, we always like to celebrate first time achievements, and working with the Alcoa Baseball Team was a first that we’re excited to share!

The Vision

Last season, the Alcoa Baseball Team made their first appearance in the Tennessee State Tournament in 20 years. This year, the Tornadoes have high hopes of competing for that Tennessee State Title again. After meeting the players and getting a glimpse of the terrific team chemistry they possess, we can tell that this group of young men have an unbreakable bond on and off the field. After last seasons incredible run, the Alcoa Tornado Baseball field received a few upgrades, such as the “Tornadoes” text around home plate, and the “Home of Alcoa Tornado Baseball” banner lining the fence in left field.

While setting up our equipment and assessing the ambient light conditions, we opted to photograph the team and players near home plate. By using this location, we were able to compose the team and individual portraits in a way that highlighted the new additions to their field without having to readjust the lighting and move around equipment multiple times. This allowed us the ability to focus on giving each athlete a variety of poses while staying within the time constraints.

The Final Product

The Alcoa Tornado Baseball team session looks clean and crisp! The new additions to their field in conjunction with their classic, white uniforms really take their portraits to the next level! Alcoa gave us a few Tough Team Photos and Senior Squad shots, but they couldn’t help but to make each other crack a smile every now and then. A huge shout out goes to our Seniors: Bleau, Braden, Garrison, Jake, Josh, Kyler, and Mason! Work hard, play hard, and enjoy the rest of your senior year!

We wish the Alcoa Tornadoes all the best for their 2025 season. Thank you to all the parents, teachers, coaches, and players for your help at making the AHS Media Day a success!
