The Lenz Family / Christmas Card 2017 / Cherokee Caverns Lenz Photography LLC of Knoxville is proud to present our annual Christmas Card for 2017! Last Christmas, we were inspired by current events to create a card incorporating a Mars theme, so with the release of the new Star Wars movie we wanted to continue with a similar concept. If you look at the background image we used for this composite, you’ll see that we included an image we shot at Cherokee Caverns Christmas in the Cave event. If you’ve never been to Cherokee Caverns, especially for Christmas in the Cave, it’s a unique experience! Last Thursday, we invited the best dressed ghosts and ghouls to Lenz Photography studios for some Iconic Portraits. From 6-9 PM, we had a full house ranging from Dangerous Dinosaurs to Pretty Princesses. How did we control the chaos, you ask? Blood Moon Over the Atlanta Skyline – Behind the Image

What an awesome image of the Blood Moon over Atlanta, huh? Well, maybe I should apologize for what you’re about to see. The image of the skyline is our image from a few month ago, the moon is a stock image that I added the red tint to, and the rest is history. Unfortunately, it was rainy and extremely overcast in Atlanta last night, and there wasn’t even the slightest bit of the eclipse visible from the city. Epic View of Atlanta Skyline at Night

What an epic view of the Atlanta skyline! This post is a bit different than our normal posts, however this shot of the Atlanta skyline was just too cool not to share! This location, on Jackson Street near Freedom Parkway, is very easily accessible to grab a quick shot of the city. Also, this view happens to be one of the most famous locations for AMC’s “The Walking Dead“. Now, the production for The Walking Dead may have use a tad bit of post production in their image, but the angle of the skyline and the apartments on the left are still identifiable, nonetheless.
