WHS Senior Banners Behind the Scenes About the Session Lenz Photography is proud to present 22 Iconic Portraits ft. Washburn High School Pirates Softball, 2025! The Experience We’re back at it again with the Washburn Lady Pirates Softball team! Just like the WHS Basketball team in the fall, this Spring marks the 7th consecutive season that we’ve been lucky enough to photograph the Lady Pirates Softball team. These ladies are always a blast to work with, and we’re proud to showcase their talent. The Vision This season, the Washburn Lady Pirates Softball Team sported a black uniform with red pinstripes. Using their uniforms as inspiration, we created their Senior Banners in Photoshop from scratch. The inspiration for the banner graphic was a “little planet” theme, where each player appears larger than life in front of a large, softball stadium lit up at night. We incorporated the red pinstripes and the American Flag in the background to tie in with their uniforms. The theme, the uniforms, the text & logos, along with the lighting on the athletes really sold the effect. Behind the Scenes About the Session Lenz Photography is proud to present 41 Iconic Portraits ft Saylor, Washburn High School, Class of 2025. The Experience Saylor is another one of our beloved Washburn Student Athletes who we have had the privilege of photographing multiple times throughout her high school career. Saylor played Point Guard for the Washburn High School Basketball Lady Pirates. During her high school career, Saylor achieved a total of 1479 points. The Vision Basketball has been a huge part of Saylor’s life since she was little. Our vision of baby Saylor is one where she took her first steps, immediately hit a spin move, dribbled between the legs, and dished out a slick, behind the back pass! They may leave those details out of the record books, but you can quote us on that. With that being said, basketball has always been a big part of Saylor’s life, so our goal was to capture her in her element. The Final Product Saylor’s session was fun and laid back. WHS Senior Banners Behind the Scenes WHS Senior Athletes, Class of 2025 About the Session Lenz Photography is proud to present 63 Iconic Portraits of the 2024-2025 Washburn High School Pirates Basketball and Cheerleading! The Experience Lucky number 7! It’s always a great time photographing the Washburn High School athletes, and after the seventh year in a row, they’ve become professionals in front of the camera. Seven years ago, we were like the New Kids on the Block. Now, we’re more like the Auntie and Uncle that comes in to make photo day a blast! The Vision The Washburn athletes are always down to try something new. Each team session requires a different set of challenges. The challenge we chose to tackle this year was to showcase the athletes, uniforms, gym, and the Washburn Logos from a different perspective. After photographing a team for seven years in a row, you really have to push yourself as an artist to create something that is consistent, yet unique. Lenz Photography is proud to present Iconic Portraits of the 2023 Washburn Pirates Volleyball Team! This is the second year Washburn has had a volleyball team, and it is incredible to see the growth of the athletes. Washburn is currently 3-1 in their district and currently ranked 2nd. There are still plenty of games left this season, and that gives these athletes time to fine tune their skills. We hope these talented young ladies have a great rest of the season. Go Pirates! Lenz Photography is proud to present photos of the 2023 Washburn High School Pirates Baseball & Softball Teams! This year marks the fifth season we have had the pleasure of photographing the Washburn Pirates Baseball and Softball teams. We have always found these athletes to be a joy to work with, as they are always willing to cooperate with our ideas and bring their own unique spirit to our photo shoots. This season, we were thrilled to be able to photograph the teams on their brand-new fields. The weather was perfect, and the field made a stunning setting. As we photographed, we saw many familiar faces from previous years. It’s inspiring to see how the athletes grow and develope their skills over time, both as individuals and as part of their teams. 16 Iconic Photos ft the first ever Washburn Middle School Pirates Baseball Team 2023

Lenz Photography is proud to present photos of the 2023 Washburn Middle School Pirates Baseball Team! As always, it was a pleasure photographing the Washburn Middle School athletes. It’s so exciting to see the growth of Washburn sports. Although this is the first year these boys have played together under the Washburn Pirates name, many of these athletes have played together on various teams since their days on the tee ball field. The new Washburn Baseball and Softball fields served as an amazing backdrop to showcase the talent that these young athletes possess. During the day of the shoot, the weather was perfect and the players looked sharp in their new uniforms! We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with such a wonderful group of student athletes. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for the Washburn Middle School Pirates Baseball Team. 83 Iconic Portraits ft Washburn High School Pirates Basketball & Cheer 2023

Lenz Photography is proud to present 83 Iconic Portraits of the 2023 Washburn Pirates Basketball and Cheer Teams! This is the fifth year that we have photographed the athletes at WHS, but it is only the first year we have added the middle school and elementary teams into the mix (photos of Middle / Elementary Basketball and Dance teams coming soon)! We cannot say enough great things about the Washburn community. The experience is always great while photographing at Washburn, and the process keeps getting easier now that the students know what to expect on picture day.
