Lenz Photography is proud to present photos of the 2023 Washburn High School Pirates Baseball & Softball Teams! This year marks the fifth season we have had the pleasure of photographing the Washburn Pirates Baseball and Softball teams. We have always found these athletes to be a joy to work with, as they are always willing to cooperate with our ideas and bring their own unique spirit to our photo shoots. This season, we were thrilled to be able to photograph the teams on their brand-new fields. The weather was perfect, and the field made a stunning setting. As we photographed, we saw many familiar faces from previous years. It’s inspiring to see how the athletes grow and develope their skills over time, both as individuals and as part of their teams. We especially wish the Class of 2023 graduating seniors the best of luck in their future pursuits, both on and off the field. Lenz Photography is proud to present photos of the Motown Diamonds 10U Softball Team 2023! The Motown Diamonds 10U Softball Team is a group of young athletes who not only excel on the field but also have great attitudes and are fun to work with. As photographers, we had the pleasure of capturing their team spirit during a recent photo session at their training facility in Morristown, TN. One thing that stood out to us about this team was their dedication to being team players. Nobody was trying to hog the spotlight or show off their individual skills. Instead, they worked together as a unit, playing off of each other’s strengths and weaknesses to achieve success. Their positive attitudes and willingness to cooperate made our job as photographers a breeze. The team’s training facility in Morristown was a great backdrop for our photo session. It provided a professional setting for the team to showcase their skills and gave us plenty of options for capturing great shots. 16 Iconic Photos ft the first ever Washburn Middle School Pirates Baseball Team 2023

Lenz Photography is proud to present photos of the 2023 Washburn Middle School Pirates Baseball Team! As always, it was a pleasure photographing the Washburn Middle School athletes. It’s so exciting to see the growth of Washburn sports. Although this is the first year these boys have played together under the Washburn Pirates name, many of these athletes have played together on various teams since their days on the tee ball field. The new Washburn Baseball and Softball fields served as an amazing backdrop to showcase the talent that these young athletes possess. During the day of the shoot, the weather was perfect and the players looked sharp in their new uniforms! We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with such a wonderful group of student athletes. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for the Washburn Middle School Pirates Baseball Team. Lenz Photography is proud to present photos of the 2023 Grainger Grizzlies Softball Team. It has certainly been a weird past couple of years for sports. With team sports back in full swing for this 2022-2023 school year, scheduling, photographing, and proofing team sports has been an absolute whirlwind. With that being said, we’re always happy to fit Grainger County High School into our schedule. The Lenz’s (us) greatly appreciate the support our small business has received from the community. This team session is a set of photographs that are overdue to hit the blog, however, it is not due to the lack of excitement on our part. We have been very eager to share these photographs the last few weeks. About the team: This group of ladies were absolutely amazing to work with during our photography session and they have amazing photos to show for it! Lenz Photography is proud to present Iconic portraits of Grainger Grizzlies Soccer Player, Suzanne Barker! Suzanne Barker is a Senior at Grainger High School in Rutledge, Tennessee. Her goal is to play soccer at a Collegiate level. She has received 1st Team All District Freshman, Junior, and Senior year. She has also made 2nd Team All District Freshman, Sophomore, Junior Year. Suzanne is thrilled to be a member of the 50 Goal Club as a result of being quick on the pitch and dominant with her left foot. She has received an Offensive Player of the Year her Junior 2021-22 school year and many other achievement awards. Suzanne strives for success in all she does, and her passion for soccer shines. Lenz had a great time photographing Suzanne in our studio, and we have been excited to share the images ever since! Suzanne is an inspiring, hard working, young athlete. 77 Iconic Portraits ft the 2023 Washburn Pirates Middle & Elementary School Basketball, Cheer, & Dance Teams

Lenz Photography is proud to present 77 Iconic Portraits ft the 2023 Washburn Pirates Middle & Elementary School Basketball and Dance Teams! This is the fifth year that we have photographed the athletes at WHS, but it is only the first year we have added the middle school & elementary school basketball teams, cheerleading, and dance team into the mix. The middle and elementary school athletes did an outstanding job for their first year of Iconic Sports Portraits. Maybe it helped that several middle and elementary school athletes have older siblings whom we’ve photographed throughout the years. Either way, these Washburn athletes showed up ready to create some amazing photos. Also, we can’t forget about the Dance Team. Many of these ladies have also been photographed for another sport, however, it was fun to see the passion that they shared for dance, as well. We cannot say enough great things about the Washburn community. The experience is always great while photographing at Washburn, and the process keeps getting easier now that the students know what to expect on picture day. 39 Iconic Portraits ft Johnson County High School Longhorns Cheerleading

Lenz Photography of Knoxville is proud to present 39 Iconic Portraits ft Johnson County High School Longhorns Cheerleading! This is our first year working with Johnson County High School sports, and these young athletes brought their A-game for a photo shoot inside the Longhorn’s unique dome-shaped gymnasium! Johnson County High School may be a smaller school located in Mountain City, however, their Cheerleading team displays an incredible amount of talent which usually comes from a school 3x the size! One thing we were impressed with was with the number of stunts these ladies performed. Not only were we impressed by their athletic abilities, but we would also like to applaud the Longhorn’s Cheer Team for the positive attitudes they brought to the photo shoot. Photographing the Longhorn’s Cheerleading Team was a great experience from beginning to end! 75 Iconic Senior Portraits ft. Colby England of Morristown East High School

Lenz Photography is proud to present senior portraits of Colby, Morristown East High School Senior Class of 2023! Day 1 of Colby’s session was action packed! Photographically speaking, we got to check something off of our bucket list by photographing portraits of Colby with an airplane parked outside of the hangar! Super fly! Our goal for this set of images was to commemorate Colby’s outstanding efforts as part of the ROTC over the last 4 years. Last year, Colby served as the Vice Corp Commander. Colby is the current Color Guard Commander and is in the process of signing with the United States Air Force to go into Special Warfare. Colby has earned the Gold Valor Award, which is the highest honor awarded to a cadet. Gold Valor is only awarded to those who put their life on the line to help others in lethal danger. Colby already has a very impressive resume, but that’s just the half of it. Day 2 of Colby’s session was just as eventful as the first! 34 Iconic Portraits of Drag Racer Madi Turley

Lenz Photography is proud to present Iconic portraits of drag racer, Madi Turley! Madi has only been racing for 1 year, but she already has some remarkable achievements. For example, Madi received her NHRA Jr Street License at the age of 15. Last week, she received her NHRA ET 7 license. Although very few people hold more than one license at a time, Madi has set a goal of acquiring her third license by Spring of 2023. To celebrate her recent achievements, here is a set of portraits that we photographed of Madi on the drag strip with her signature Dodge Challenger. A few of these images of Madi will be featured as part of an article in the upcoming issue of Chrysler Power Magazine. Lenz had an amazing time collaborating with the Turley family. We truly feel like part of the family when we’re with them. It brings us a lot of joy seeing their success, as a family, pursuing such a thrilling passion.
