Lenz Photography LLC of Knoxville is proud to present Grainger County High School senior class of 2020, Tanner Keck. Tanner joined the Boy Scouts of America when he was just 6 years old. After many years of hard work and dedication, Tanner finally finished his project in October of 2019 and officially became an Eagle Scout in November.
An Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the scouts BSA program. Since its inception in 1911, only 4% of Scouts have earned the title of Eagle Scout after a lengthy review process. Requirements include earning more the 21 merit badges, as well as an extensive service project in which the Scout plans, organizes, leads, and manages. Eagle Scouts are expected to set an example for other Scouts and to become the leaders in life that they have demonstrated themselves to be in Scouting.
From our experience with Tanner, he is a very hard-working, dedicated individual. It isn’t surprising to us that he accomplished something that only a small percentage of the population have done, and we believe we will see him accomplish many great things throughout his college career and beyond!
