This real life version of a Spartan Warrior is Shay from Ramped Revolution Fitness in ATL, GA.

We had to opportunity to photograph Shay at Crossfit Identity gym in Buckhead last week and we have to admit… He brought the pain! As you can tell from the photos, I think we gave him a pretty good workout in the process.
